Turn up the heat with an evening that’s guaranteed to stir up more than just delicious dishes! If you want to learn how to prepare and cook a 3 course meal to impress your date, your partner, or even your friends and family you’ve come to the right course. This hands-on workshop is fun and light-hearted with plenty of additional tips and tricks so you can recreate an evening at home for that someone special in your life. It could be a first date, it could be a special occasion such as a birthday or Anniversary or it could just be a chance to learn something new. At the end of the workshop, you’ll enjoy eating your creations for lunch, and Nick will also recommend wines that will best complement the dishes. All Ingredients included.
Menu you will be cooking ( Note: this is subject to change due to seasonal produce costs)
Salmon/sea trout/river trout carpaccio (maybe lightly blowtorched) with a bitter leaf salad (raddichio, endive, parsley and rocket), baby capers and orange vinaigrette
Grilled chicken breast with a pumpkin, cherry tomato and feta tartlet, olive tapenade and a bacon & white wine sauce
Chocolate delice on a malt biscuit crumb with candied ginger and vanilla ice cream.
Note: $30 is payable on the day to your Tutor. Cash is acceptable. This covers all ingredients for the day.
