Q) how do I load an even?
A) Navigate to the event listing page by clicking the big red button in the top right of the website page. Select the basic event listing option. Click the Book Now button. The event product is now sent to your Cart. Click the view cart link that appears in the top menu. Proceed through the checkout process following the prompts on screen. Once you receive an invoice your order has been finalised and you can now submit your listing by clicking the Add your event button in the top menu. You will be taken to the listing submission page. Fill out all the information for your event. Include images (should be minimum of 1170px wide by 450px high) for gallery images and (minimum 150px x 150px and no more than 300px by 300px) for the image thumbnail. Click save at the bottom of the submission and we will then be notified and review your submission and then accept it on to the website.
Q) How can I edit my event listing?
A) This can be edited by logging into your account and then clicking the My Account link at the top of the page. Then clicking my events. Then clicking the edit listing link below your listing. Make the changes required and click save.
Q) Can I Duplicate my event?
A) No but you can choose to continue your listing by subscribing for another month. This will allow your listing to continue to be shown on the website.
Q) Why was my event declined?
A) If your event contains in-appropriate content or you do not complete payment in a timely manor your listing will be declined.
Q) How can I get a tax receipt
A) Once your order is processed and approved by our team an invoice will be automatically generated and sent to the email address used when purchasing the listing. You can also contact email@example.com if you require a new invoice.

Questions about Advertising
Q) How do I load my advertising
A) Select your advertising package and email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with you to outline advertising spot specifications. Liaise with you on receiving artwork / media required and we will load all artwork based on package you have brought.
Q) Can I Duplicate my previous booking
A) Yes notify us before 10 working days so we can keep your spot available. You will be invoiced for this listing when the current period ends unless brought in the same order.

A) head to https://theweekend.nz/advertising/ to view our packages and then email email@example.com to book your spot.
Q) How do I reset my password
A) Click the My Account link in the top right hand corner when logged in. Then navigate to My Account. Then click edit my password and account details. Enter your new password in the fields required then click Save.
Q) How do I delete my account
A) Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove your account from our system.
Q) How do I edit my account
A) Click the My Account link in the top right hand corner when logged in. Then navigate to My Account. Then click edit my password and account details. Enter your new details in the fields required then click Save.
Q) How do I subscribe to a newsletter
A) Navigate to the home page https://theweekend.nz and scroll down the page to the newsletter section. Enter your details required and check mark the emails you wish to receive.
Q) How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter
A) Navigate to the last email you received from The Weekend. At the footer of the email there will be an unsubscribe link. Click this and follow the onscreen prompts to complete unsubscribing to The Weekend newsletters.
